Shanxi Wenllys Feng Sheng Glassware Products Co., Ltd., located approximately 45 miles/65 km outside of Taiyuan Air Port, in quaint Fengze village of Qixian county, Shanxi province, China, broke ground in the beginning of 1998.  it is now dedicated to direct-export production for its portfolio of wholesale and retail customers in the United States and Europe oriented toward middle- to upper-price point markets.

Capitalization of Wenllys FengSheng exceeds US$5.0 million, which includes a major expansion and upgrading campaign begun in late 2002 to grow in concert with the increasing capacity and capability demands of its customers. A workforce of over 800 glassblowers, finishers, painters, cutters, and other highly skilled technicians are drawn predominantly from local municipalities.

The campus of Wenllys Feng Sheng encompass over 28,000 square meters/3011,000 square feet, whose facilities include one 8-ton electric kiln, one 15-ton electric kiln,and five automatic 1.5-ton circular day tanks fired by clean and temperature-stable coal gas. Six decal/paint electrically fired and computer-controlled tempering track kilns, facilitate production under the highly efficient and cost-effective “just-in-time” model. Quality-control and general operations are governed by scientific management principles. Additional equipment includes a semi-automatic press, as well as facilities for cutting, painting (hand, spray, and airbrushing), frosting/etching, decaling, and sandblasting.

Wenllys Fengsheng have obtained the certificate for ISO90001 quality system,ISO14001 for Environment Management System and OHSAS18000 for Health & Safety Management System.
